FEE: $35.00 - PLEASE NOTE: ENTRANCE FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. RAIN OR SHINE!

SPACE:  ARTISTS WILL BE ASSIGNED NUMBERED SPACES IN ORDER OF THEIR DATE RECEIVED. Please specify if you would rather have an indoor or outdoor space - outdoor spaces need a tent. Your participation fee includes your 8' x 8' space inside - 10' x 10' for outside. You may incorporate your own displays inside your space as needed.

SET UP:  Starts at 8 am the day of the event. Sign in is at booth #1 at the entrance to the community center room. All artists need to check in there before set up. ALL ARTISTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN AREA, which includes unloading, set up, break down, (wo)manning your area, clean up of trash in and around your area - break down time is 5 pm. If your art is breakable please display it responsibly, and in such a way as to avoid unfortunate accidents the day of the event. NOTICE: Festival and event organizers, and/or the City, and/or Community Center will NOT be held responsible for any broken or damaged items!
