EVERY WOMAN'S ARTS & CRAFTS SPRING FESTIVAL - SATURDAY MAY 12, 2012 ---- Please read all details carefully!

if so, keep reading.

These are two requirements that must be met for participation in this event. Also, please send jpg images (up to 5) of your work, not to exceed 1MB each, for review.

FEE: $40.00 - Spaces are assigned on a first come-first served basis. These events really do fill up quickly so please complete the process as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTE: ENTRANCE FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE (If spaces are filled when your app is received, we will return your form and fee or place you on the waiting list as you advise.) RAIN OR SHINE!

SPACE:  Participation fee includes your 8' x 8' space inside (inside spaces are provided one 6' table and one chair) or 10' x 10' for outside; outdoor spaces need a tent and your own tables and chairs, but measure 10' x 10' instead of 8' x 8'. Please specify if you would rather have an indoor or outdoor space - You may incorporate your own displays inside your space as needed. You will be assigned a numbered space and sent confirmation.

SET UP:  Starts no earlier than 8am the day of the event. Sign in is at booth #1 at the entrance to the community center room. All artists need to check in there before set up.

ALL ARTISTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN AREA, which includes unloading, set up, break down, (wo)manning your area, clean up of trash in and around your area.

If your art is breakable please display it responsibly, and in such a way as to avoid unfortunate accidents the day of the event.

NOTICE: Festival and event organizers, and/or the City, and/or Community Center will NOT be held responsible for any broken or damaged items!

PLEASE! NO BREAKING DOWN BEFORE 4:30PM SO WE CAN accomodate VISITORS WHO SHOW UP AFTER WORK.
