SPACE:  Vendors, depending on size of vehicle or tent set up, will be at the front (facing the building) right end of the building nearest the picnic tables. Please contact LaDonna Eastman, Event Organizer, before sending in your form and fee.

gets a fair shot and the visitors get a nice variety of refreshments.

SET UP:  Can begin as early as 8 a.m. the day of the event - the event opens to the public at 10 a.m. Sign in is at booth #1 at the entrance to the community center room. All vendors need to check in there before set up. ALL VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN AREA, which includes unloading, set up, break down, and clean up of trash in and around area - break down time is 5 pm. NOTICE: Festival and event organizers, and/or the City, and/or Community Center will NOT be held responsible for any damages.
